That is how it has been spelt for a very long time. English took a lot of spelling from the French, hence words like favour, centre, metre, etc.
The US education department decided to "simplfy" things for Americans, which is why you spell certain words differently, and don't allow certain verb tenses.
Phonetically speaking "favor" doesn't make sense either but that is Americans for you.
Since it is a European package, it should be spelt "favour".

Similar (if not identical) items will be made available in America later in the year. I'm not aware of when exactly, however.

Out of all of them only the warrior stuff are worth it.

Ranger is Flatbow (nough said)
Ele is req energy storage and improves air and fire. (multiples)
Monk (multiples)
Mesmer (multiples)
Necro (lol multiples)

Other than the cool skins they do not match nice collecor items from the desert and southershiver peaks.

To me the Serrated Shield is perfect since I use Tactics more than strength.
Thats why I never got Victo's Bulwark because of the req strength
But why is the Serrated Shield has a -1 not a -2

To Anet: for your loyal fans, maybe you should provide $10 keys that adds these items instead of actually buying the whole game just to get them.

That was the point I was trying to make...

Unfortunately, the game itself is in US English and does not currently have UK localisation. So, in this instance, we've posted the in-game spelling. We do normally adjust text to European English spelling, however any in-game text is left as-is.
